It's a ki...I know exactly why they are doing this. It's a kind of marketing that I understand quite well. While it might appear otherwise, they don't care to have that little operation last forever. They only care to have it last as long as they need to build a solid customer base and then they can build on word-of-mouth; an aggressive, generous affiliate program; and, paid or bartered advertising for ads on well-travelled sites of select customers.

Once the prospect and buyers lists are developed, anything else the web pages bring in is just gravy.

As for the site getting tanked by Google, do they actually flag the main site content? Because I see nothing stopping them from setting up a similar operation down the street with sufficiently altered content.

I really like your analysis, thanks.

Sam Freedom
Get Your Vaseline Out, Google Is At It Again ;-)Sam Freedomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13264995340321794515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15231840.post-39831929893142305152007-08-21T10:38:00.000-04:002007-08-21T10:38:00.000-04:00I think what these people do is the very definitio...I think what these people do is the very definition of "keyword stuffing". You should check back in a few months to see if they are still ranking #1 - if no...well then G kicked them out if yes...then you may just have found the secret formula how to rank #1 for just about anything!

I am a little conservative when it comes to SEO so I don't think this aggressive keyword spamming will keep them indexed for long but if they are indeed able to keep their position then we all have to rethink everything the major SEs say about their super sophisticated filters and smart algorithms.
Do they just want to sound smart?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
